professional indemnity insurance. All at one, fixed
price cost.
We are panel members for all of the major mortgage
lenders, our conveyancing team, who have over 40 years
experience, are registered with the Law Society and are
fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
With Independent Mortgage Services you will have direct
access to the person who is dealing with your case so
you can be can be sure of a prompt update to your query.
All conveyancing transactions are covered by the Law Society’s conveyancing compensation scheme.
