rate payable will depend on your circumstances.

IMS will not normally charge any fee for arranging
a
mortgage, however, depending on your circumstances
a fee of up to 2% will be payable upon the completion
of
your loan. For example, if we charged a fee
of 0.5% and
your total borrowing was £100,000
we would receive a fee
of £500. Similarly
if the fee was 2% we would receive a fee
of £2,000.
This can be added to your loan. In addition we
will be paid commission from the mortgage lender
upon
completion of the loan.
